Abilene, Kan. - The Eisenhower Presidential Library is honored to welcome artist Mary Whyte for a reception and book signing event open to the public. Please join us on Friday, August 1, for a special reception preceding the Military Appreciation Night of the Wild Bill Hickok Rodeo!

This complimentary event presents a unique opportunity to engage with the artist and her poignant exhibition "WE THE PEOPLE: Portraits of Veterans in America." This collection of watercolor paintings honors the contributions of American veterans from varied backgrounds and experiences across the 50 states. We welcome you to join us in this meaningful opportunity to recognize and appreciate the sacrifices made by our nation's veterans.
